ZDQJ-600 infrared automatic stone bridge cutting machine has three type, adopting PLC system and Human-machine interface, togethering with ultra-high precision rotary encoder positioning and infrared device, with Chinese & English double operation language, using inverter to control leftright feeding,adjusting the speed according to stone material, using hydraulic lifting system which equipted through 4 guide post, also this machine provide the unique side beam protection device, main spare parts adopt imported well-quality materials.

Our bridge saw is a monobloc saw machine for granite kitchentop & countertop fabricator, stable electric system.- It usually uses for cutting granite, marble Quartz of slab,tile, kitchentop,countertop, etc.- The max cutting size is 3200mmx2000mmx175mm (126"x78"x7").- The blade motor is 15Kw( 20HP)18.5kw(25hp) , providing high power to work.- The table can tilt 0-85 degree to easy load and unload the material.- The blade travels on the beam and it can miter 45 degree cutting, it is a preferable saw for grainte fabricator.- ZDQJ500/600/800/1200 bridge saw provides covered oil bath for the movements of bridge rails.
